My approach to couples therapy

As a couples therapist drawing from Family Systems Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help partners shift away from cycles of blame and emotional reactivity by uncovering the deeper patterns that influence their relationship. True, lasting change begins with self-awareness, emotional balance, and the ability to stay connected—even during conflict. In our work together, I offer a calm, supportive space where both of you feel seen, respected, and invited to grow.

Couples therapy with me is a collaborative process focused on insight and meaningful change. Together, we’ll strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and support each of you in becoming more grounded and differentiated—so you can show up with more authenticity and clarity. Through thoughtful guidance and practical tools, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your personal histories and family systems shape your current dynamics. The goal: a more resilient, emotionally connected partnership.
