Individual THerapy

Lasting change begins with self-awareness—of your feelings, your history, and your relationships. I’m here to guide you in understanding yourself more fully within the context of those connections.

How Can THerapy Help?

Whether it’s repeating the same patterns, navigating a major transition, or simply trying to understand complex emotions, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and speak freely without judgment. Through a collaborative process, therapy explores how past experiences and relationships shape current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—creating space for more intentional, grounded responses to life.

It’s not about having all the answers. It’s about cultivating curiosity, building clarity, and reconnecting with a deeper sense of self-trust. Meaningful change begins with greater understanding—and that journey starts with you.

My approach to therapy

At the core of my work is a deep belief in your potential for healing and wholeness. I offer thoughtful support to help you face life’s challenges, gain clarity, and strengthen your relationships. We can’t change what’s behind you, but we can explore it together—and begin reshaping what’s ahead.

The Process:

I routinely integrate Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help uncover patterns that may be limiting your emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.

Getting grounded

We’ll start by looking at what’s bringing you here—your thoughts, emotions, and relationship struggles—and begin to uncover the patterns that may be holding you back.

mapping the system

Together, we’ll explore how your family dynamics and past experiences have shaped your beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns—helping you connect the dots between your inner world and the system you come from.

Building Awareness and Choice

As you grow in self-awareness, we’ll focus on shifting unhelpful thought patterns, managing anxiety with greater ease, and practicing healthier ways of responding—to yourself and in your relationships.

Embracing Change with Courage

As you integrate what you’re learning, you’ll make more thoughtful decisions, relate to others with greater ease, and strengthen a deeper, truer sense of who you are.
